They came highly recommended by another local repair shop to fix my blown head gasket on a 2016 Honda CRV. I called many repair shops and no one would give me a roundabout estimate or even really talk with me over the phone, which is understandable on a job like this. However when I called Dart Automotive, I spoke to a very nice gentleman named Rick (I believe) and he was very patient and answered all of the many questions I had, and provided me with an estimate that was very close to the actual cost. It ended up having minor warping so it had to be resurfaced as well, which surprisingly did not add much more to the estimate. They kept me in the loop throughout the repair and I spoke to Tony many times and he was also very kind and patient with my questions. Overall, I am very pleased with the repair and my car has been driving great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services, and I would most definitely use them again (just praying it’s never for something so major as a blown head)! Also, they have an amazing texting system that provides real time pictures of the repairs, estimates, and the ability to pay online. Great shop!

The repairs were done properly and thoroughly. I was able to wait there while they were being done. Over a number of years I have taken my car to Dart and this was another time of their getting my car back to fully operational.

Needed an engine (they got an engine) then inspected it (didn’t hold up to their standards) ended up getting a newly assembled engine without having to pay extra. Would absolutely go back to them. Good people and good service.

They didn’t discuss the price of brakes and rodors on the phone (THEY DONT TALK ABOUT PRICE ON THE PHONE AT ALL), said they have a technician look over it and then discuss it. I’m not gonna be working on a car with someone if they gonna bring prices out of their butt. It’s not fair to alter prices or decide to over charge someone. Set the prices to a direct price and maybe people will come

I’m just a mechanic for a small construction company and I heard about dart from a secretary that worked in are office for a short time . So long story short I have always had problems with getting the vehicle back in service asap until you guys my first visit was with my service truck line up well you guys did your magic and had my truck done in less than 24 hours and with everything else that I have brought to you guys have gone out of your way to push mine to the front of your line and I have seen the line when you can’t get in the yard so I’m gonna say than you guys again and I will see you soon

Had the misfortune of breaking down on vacay while in myrtle beach area . Dart was the second garage that I brought my old 99 van to since the 1st garage took my money and told me they couldn't fix my van ! Dart took my old van in and after considerable effort by their tech. Dealing with broken bolts they were able to get me back and running .drove 200 miles home ,no problems. I know it's an old van but I've been to quite a few places with it . I'm glad they were able to save it . I know it wasn't easy ! Thnks galore to the young man who powered through this difficult repair ! Would not hesitate to bring van or other vehicle to them. Thnx dart ! Andre mangulis

I brought my car here two years ago because my AC stopped blowing cold air. I left it there all day and got a text saying they couldn’t fix it, apparently the computer was too old and they couldn’t find a replacement. They charged me $185 to tell me that and sent me on my way. Fast forward to this year. I took my car to a different mechanic for something unrelated and mentioned the AC situation. He said he’d take a quick look. Turns out the wiring on the compressor was all wrong, his words were that whoever worked on it last had messed it up. He fixed the wiring, added refrigerant, and just like that the AC works fine. He didn’t even charge me because he said it was such a simple fix. I’m really disappointed. I came here because someone I trusted recommended this place, so I took their word for it when they said nothing could be done. Now I find out it was fixable the whole time and that it may have been made worse by whoever touched it here. I can’t say for certain what happened, but as a woman who came in alone, I do wonder if I was taken advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

They're a bunch of liars,very unprofessional,rube and expensive. They charged us $3500 to fix my A/C and took over 3 months to get it done. Than it still didn't work. NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!

Dart Automotive Repair & Service Center I have to give a HUGE shoutout to them. I ran something over with my Mustang apparently I really did some damage to my car. Called them, they came down towed my car back to the shop. Fixed it and had my car back the very next day. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them for any assistance. Very helpful and friendly. Our car died and after numerous attempts & methods failed I called DART after an excellent previous experience. The same thing happened again! Fast excellent service with several needed replacements completed in just a day. Very happy couldn’t ask for more.

It was really good I truly appreciate there work but only problem I’ve had was my radio was disconnected and not working but other than that it was A-1 service 10 out of of 10

When no one else would touch my 2005 Mustang, Dart Automotive didn’t even ask many questions… They simply said “we got you, just drop it off and everything will be fine”. They literally told me to come and get it two days later. They’re competent, Confident , have great communication, and just a great experience all around for me.

Shortly after moving here in 2017 I received an oil change discount card in the mail from them. I gave them a try and ever since then they have been my only auto service center. Excellent work and reasonable prices. They have even helped out a couple of our kids who had car trouble when visiting and on a tight schedule. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment as they are busy.

The shop diagnosed a broken driver master window switch and verified that all other systems were operating properly at the time of pickup. They rechecked BCM connections, grounds, and fuses and test drove the vehicle. I appreciate them taking the time to reinspect everything. I will continue to monitor the vehicle since the original concern involved intermittent electrical issues, but at this time everything is functioning.

My tire belt broke last night while my friend was driving and I was watching her kids and I was scrambling around to find the 277 to have it towed to her house and finally was able to borrow money from my family and when he showed up no only was he so quick he told me he wasn’t going to make me pay and it was such a relief and took so much stress off and i just have the most appreciation for them!

We had some car troubles on our way down to SC for a family vacation around the holidays. I called Dart and they were able to get me in within a few days and get multiple issues diagnosed. Within a couple more days they had all the repairs taken care of. With having experience myself I noticed a small issue when receiving the car back and they were good enough to get me right back in the shop first thing in the morning and get it all buttoned up before we had to head home. This shop is fair priced, family owned, and well ran. I would highly recommend them for any maintenance needs. Everyone I dealt with was great!
